In addition, by using the application, you agree to our access to the storage space of your device in order to store data related to the application. In addition, we may obtain information about your geographic location through the app's location feature. The location feature may be disabled at your discretion through the app's or mobile device's settings.

1.2. Use of Information: The personal information we collect is used to provide you with the services and functionalities of the application, including habit tracking and mental health care. In addition, we may use personal information for research and analysis purposes, as well as to improve the user experience within the application.

Step 1: Submitting the Request: Send an email to info@mentalpower.app expressing your wish to remove your personal data or do it directly from our support page with the “Contact Us” button in the About Us section. Please include your name and the email address associated with your account to facilitate identification and processing your request. Alternatively, you can click on 'About Us' and then 'Contact Us' which will redirect you to our support page where you can request deletion of your data.
Step 2: Identity Confirmation: Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to verify your identity and ensure that the deletion request is legitimate and comes from the owner of the data.
Step 3: Request Processing: Once we have confirmed your identity, we will proceed to delete your personal data from our active systems and any other form of storage or processing. This process will be completed within 15 business days.
Step 4: Confirmation of Deletion: We will send you an email confirmation once your personal data has been completely deleted from our systems.

Please note that any personal data stored and collected prior to the deletion request will be completely removed from our records, including backups and replicas.
